Slow cooked AAA steak poutine. The first thing the owner said to me was, "This is very full, I hope you're hungry". Poutine gravy is usually quite similar but this had an herbaceous accent that made it really taste like a Sunday pot roast dinner. Superb.

The last week or two have brought the unending army of Blackflies, and more recently, Mosquitos. With that being said, the dormant trees, plants, and other flora have all sprung to life. No trace of winter remains.
